The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires that all Caregivers/PCAs take and pass a Certification Test. There are (20) online questions and you can take the test as often as needed. However, you must pass the test before starting your assignment.

To take the online test you must have a computer. Type in your browser the following: http://registrations.dhs.state.mn.us/ and follow all the instructions. Fill out the asterisk (*) fields of your personal information. You must enter and confirm a valid e-mail address to be delivered a confirmation number and to receive your Certificate.
